The reception operates daily from 08:00 am to 24:00 pm. Please ensure that any outstanding bill is paid within this time frame 

Breakfast: Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 am – 10:00 am, in the breakfast area  

Luggage: 
There is a luggage transfer service
There is a special discrete area in the hotel for their storage.

Reception services: Our reception staff will assist you with any questions you may have about Karpathos such as information on attractions, beaches, restaurants, activities and generally places worth visiting. 

Room service from 08:00am to 08:00pm 

Car rental: Please contact the reception for information regarding car rentals from our partners. 
Taxi and mini-van reservations: We can book a taxi or mini-van for you with your transfer to and from the hotel.
A baby cot can be added upon request.   

Dry cleaning – washing – ironing service for guests’ clothes

Security:
For the safety of all of us, all public areas of the hotel are monitored by closed circuit television. 
• In case of fire, break the glass at the nearest alarm point 
• Call 9 and give a full report of the fire as soon as possible.   
• In case of continuous alarm, please evacuate the room and gather using the stairs in the reception area.
Remember that: 
• Do not delay in collecting personal belongings.. 
• Do not return to the building unless authorized by the relevant staff 
• Check that all electrical appliances have been turned off after use. 
• Candles are not allowed in the room 

Guests: For everyone's safety, non-resident guests are not allowed in the hotel 
Safety box: For your convenience, there is a safety box in the room's wardrobe 

Air conditioning: All our rooms have individual air conditioning. Using the control panel, you can set the temperature you desire. Please make sure that the balcony doors are closed. 

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the hotel's interior 

CCTV: CCTV is in operation for your safety in all areas of the hotel. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables and other valuable items during your stay
